Please review our return policy below:
1. Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased at full price. If you change your mind, you can return the item for store credit, which can be used on a future purchase. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Sale Items
Change of mind returns do not apply to sale or promotional items unless the item is faulty, as stated on the product page at the time of purchase. All sale items are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges on discounted merchandise.
3. Faulty Items
We take great care to ensure that all our products meet the highest quality standards. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@vicenzahome.com.au
within 5 days of receiving your order.
To assist with your return, we require photos and a short video clearly howing the issue. Based on the situation, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit. The item must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and any included accessories.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@vicenzahome.com.au with the following:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos and video (for faulty items)
We will provide return instructions. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by us.
5. Store Credit
Once your return is processed, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping costs. You will be responsible for the shipping cost for a change of mind return. Store credit will be emailed to you as a gift card or digital code. Please note that store credit expires 1 year from the date of issuance.
6. Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will send you the correct item and arrange for the incorrect item to be collected.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above conditions.
